This is an old tune played by parky back in 89-90.
The chorus goes

That's all that goes around in my mind, but it's quite deep female vocals.
Anyway, see if anyone can cast their minds back.

Noel I got it wrong m8, the vocals sounded similar, but the intense tune is another vocalist and loads different from 89:$
