Just another tune needing ID!!- sorry

HI, my first post.
i heard this tune on a radio station called kiss fm here in the UK.
i only know 2 lines of this tune, and its kinda weird..
its a dance club tune from i think 90s? maybe early or mid...dont really know.....but i like it anyway.

the 2 lines that i know go........" MANS NOT SUPPOSED TO RUN, MANS NOT SUPPOSED TO RUN, MANS NOT SUPPOSED TO RUN, WHEN GIRLIES HAVE A GUN"..

now that is some weird lyric,, either thats what it is or im hearing it incorrectly, but i think thats what it is....

I heard a dj once use a sample from another record that said "getting high". He threw it in there just after the JX female vocal says "A man thats", so it sounded like "a man thats getting high". Quality mixing.
