The vocal is Freestyle Orchestra which was a well hammered pella - cant figure out if the tune behind is a mix of it or just the pella being thrown over the top of summat :D

its possible, but I'd guess unlikely - it stays in synch for a good few minutes, and if the mixing on the rest of the tape is anything to go by, that would be beyond the dj's capabilities :)
