Underground progressive house track - mid 90's

Lost hope on this one cos I haven't got a sample but after my last tune was ID'd [thanx to Brady] - well, you never know...
Underground progressive house track which I heard at a London suburb raveclub [can't remember name] around the mid-90's which had female vocals throughout: "...jingle bells, who's playing - jingle bells, who's playing...etc".
No, it's not from "Play School" - but I only remember saying to myself "this is unbelievably amazing".
It had a 'double-beat' at the end of each '4-bar' throughout the track [if you know what I mean].
Regret not going up to the Dj on the spot.
