Two tune ID's from 1994

Hi everyone,

Hoping you can help me ID two track from a mixtape I did back in 1994... I ripped it to digital years ago and through the tape away which probably had the tracklisting on it!

This might alos help me with the ID for track 2 as I was looking at 1994 on Discogs but Bandito was 1993! :)
