This was ID'd previously as Cool Jack's 'Just Come'. Quite understandably. However unless I haven't been able to find the exact mix - and I've tried, trust me ;) - then this is a version, tribute, rip-off or whatever you'd like to call it :D
From 1992, this mix.

the same sample was used in a few different tracks, from the short clip its easy to get mixed up with all the versions
