I heard this tune in a fairly recent mix by a DJ called Tommy Martin. However, with that Gipsy Women organ sound my bet is that this an early nineties tune. Also has a male vocal counting from 1 to 8.

The voice sounds similar, for sure, but so far I have not found anything from Ice MC that comes close stylewise. His stuff seems to be mostly Euro House (of the more commercial variety) and the tune I am after sounds more like a US underground house track. Maybe not really from the early nineties, but certainly reminicent of that time. But I will continue to follow your lead.

Finally found this myself, thanks to an edit of this tune by an unknown artist that was recently released on a label called MCLTD (https://www.discogs.com/release/2375...st-Sais-Dub-EP). Luckily the artist kept the title of the original.
