Part 2, no idea... but like i said it is one track, at least that is what i remember of. circa '96.

the vocal btw is from an 80s funk track "Midway - Set It Out" and a-capella is indeed sampled few times in the 90s: Fibre Foundation, Pegasus... even Chez Damier used it!
