Late 90's (possibly early 2000) house track

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a Sandy Rivera style track, presumably late 90's or early 2000. It has male vocals that go along the lines of Feel it in your soul. Other lyrics are "That's what you got to do"

I have uploaded a snip of it. The set it was played in was a 133bpm set which presumably isn't the original tempo (since it doesn't fit the genre). I have pitched it down to 126, of which the upload can be found here:

I thought of ROI, Slip n Slide etc, but no success so far. Oh and I also asked Sandy Rivera, but he didn't know either and made me promise I'd send it over once I found it lol. :)
