"Postman - Uh!" (IST Rec?) from Sven Väth at HR3 Clubnight 5 year birthday party

This attached clip is from the mix that Sven Väth played at HR3 Clubnight's 5 year Birthday party (summer 1995? I can't seem to find the event listed at clubnight-net.de)

Throughout the tune there is this "Uh!" sample, as well as being interrupted a couple of times by something similar to "Postman"

I've edited the clip somewhat, to show the three different phases of the tune. It sounds very much like something that might come from Industrial Strength or IST, but I don't want to risk sending any of you off course by making wild guesses.

If anyone has a playlist from the event, that would be even better.
