Three tunes from 1993

I'm looking to find these three tunes from 1993 (cassette tape). I would appreciate any help.

I've found 3rd tune:
Lunatic Asylum - Hellfire (Indisc)
Any ideas about the other tunes?

probs stating the obvious here but the chipmunk vocal is singing 'london bridge is falling down' which might help you get an ID ;)
