Been listening to d'n'b for 25+ years and I've never heard this tune. With that said, it sounds like the sample is saying "the real reason". If that is correct that adds more complexity to your search given that a lot of people make d'n'b using reason. It sounds like it could be a Digital tune or maybe tech itch.
