Acid House / Energy / Cowbell / anyone know?

Hi,

Can anyone ID the tune here, it is the one that is being mixed into Lamborghini, contains the words

"energy"
"the baseline"
"Energy is the power your body creates"
"listen to the cowbell"

The song is between 1988 and 1990 I beleive.

Its the final song in a whole list I have had for ages so would be really grateful if anyone knows. I know the sound quality isn't great but had to severely reduce the quality to fit into the 1.5mb limit

For those of us that don't know, the tune with the Sweet Dreams sample is Lamborghini by Shut Up and Dance as mentioned above.
That kinda threw me as I was looking for a tune that sampled Sweet Dreams.

Thats how I found that one, I looked up Eurythmics sweet dreams in who sampled.com Still had no luck in finding the one after though :(
