A track from the late 80s

Hi!

I've been looking for a track that was sampled in The Prodigy's 'No Good (Start The Dance)'. There's a tiny piece of vocal, the lyrics are inaudible though (at least for me), but it seems that the line "who wants ... the bass drum" is being sung in the original track. The search of the keywords returned no matches at all. The sample can be heard rather well at 6:44 in 'Bad For You Mix'. I suppose it might be some ragga track considering the accent of the vocalist.
