Dark techy track from around 2003/4 with German speech and screechy bird!

Can anyone help with identifying this one?

As luck would have it, I have almost a full clip of the track!
It's taken from one of my own bloody sets! :crazy:
But as it's almost 20 years ago, I honestly can't recollect what it is, or find it in my collection of vinyl or digital...!
I suspect it could be American (Fade, etc.), but not sure.
