Anyone remember a mid-tempo tune with this vocal in, about 91 ish? Sounded like a war of the worlds type sample - posh English accent. Probably about 100bpm, could have been on rising high or similar label - strong lead line like a saw wave or something, with a lot of reverb and a 4/4 beat. Quite well produced, not rough sounding
