1994 unknown early hardhouse dance tracks

any help with these two tracks please..
the dj is Dilly,

the first begins to mix in @ 28 mins
mixed into 'CYB_skytraxx',
the sample says 'it's alright .. i love ya, it's alright i need ya':confused:
& also
in the same mix the very last track @ 45 mins
mixed into 'peppermint lounge (fishy mix)' till the end:confused:

2nd sounds like a capella mix, cant think which 1 though.

I think the first track samples "Alright To Love" by Hex, if that helps.
