Hi, I dont know the track but noticed the lyric "rule the nation" so put it into the discogs search engine and saw this 12" and thought maybe it could be this Happy Dreadlocks - Rule The Nation at Discogs I know it is listed as hardcore and the name happy dreadlocks sounds a bithappy hardcoreish, I checked out the aliases and it is dj koma and this could be quite conceviable that he would produce a track like this. It might not be, but it is worth checking it out.

The instrumental part is almost identical to dag & alan - another hot day at the bay.
So it can be a early version or special unreleased version of that track.
