1993 euro-dance "rain down tears"

Ok, for my 2nd post, one of my favorite songs from 1992-1993 that I don't know the name of the song or the artist. Lyrics goes something like this:

When I put in this lyrics in Google I get Chaka Khan - Clouds, but it's obviously not that. I looked for a remake of "Clouds" but that didn't bring up anything either. After many searches I gave up. Maybe somebody have better idea than me?

I feel dumb for giving out the wrong year. This should probably be put in dance anthems thread rather than Old Skool :$
