Early to mid 90ties ambientish track with distinct camera shutter sounds

Sorry not much to go on but I believe if you heard it you would know what track I'm talking about.
Mostly ambient-like pads and very distinctive camera shutter and flash lamp charger sounds repeated every 20 seconds or so.
That camera sound has a movie feel to it. Doesn't sound like in real life but rather as if it was lifted from a detective / spy drama if you know what I mean.
