Please help to identify the following 4 techno rave tracks by attached excerpts.

I only know approximate years when tracks were released:
1: 1991-92
2 & 3: 1990-93
4: 1990-94

3 = 2 X-Treme - Der General (X-Treme-X) [Deep Groove] // thanks to elimix
4 = Duzic - M7 (Raveman Mix) [Pee-de-Rom Records / Avex Trax]
