help unknown title 2001/2003

hello friends, I would need help with artist title or label for this song, I think it is at 33rpm. The cardboard has a complete and screen-printed cover, with ocher tones and the only thing I remember is that on the back or front it has a numeric panel, I can't give more details, I had the vinyl but I don't remember any of the 3 basic things to locate it : title, artist and record label.
