some dude elsewhere thought it could be a remade version of "UR The Best Thing" by D:Ream.
Can't seem to believe that...as the plethora of remixes I've been checking thru did not really match by greater extent.
Sounds pre-1993, too, so I guess I'm perfectly right here. :cops:
