deffo deffo a live mix coz you can hear crowd noises & also every now & again (which is how it should be lol) the MC says "DJ Sasha..... manchester"...

aye it is (lol - or at least thats what I've got it labeled as) Al just confirmed there was a studio mix too - maybe he recorded a 'trial run' at the set before playing it out... ?

somewhere on this beast of a board is a snippet of the end tune... its a bastard lol... even stelladry was at a loss... I'll find it & up it :D

Thought so, I went that night, all the tickets were labelled up as DJ Sacha lol, confusing cos there is (or was) a DJ Sacha playing in Manchester around that time :S

I had a turn for the worse that night, overdid it a tad :$ :hurl:

I've had this set since 91. My mate at school had an original copy. It was deffo on an Eclipse tape.

Also, which mix of the Gary Clail - Beef is it?? I bought the normal 12" & it ain't on there??

If I see Gary Clail - Beef one more time I'll swing a cat thru the window lol...

The tune is:

TNT - Barbarians on Eviva (Irma) which I've got a copy of after it was ID'd correctly by Konpsiracy (cheers fella)...

What is worse is that I've come across Beef in a shop & whacked it on the decks for a listen.... absolutely nothing like the tune in question.... :naughty:

Seen tracklistings for the Eclipse set & was gonna ask but was 99% that my version was a studio mix (got it as summat like Sasha - Classic - 1990 but changed date as i asumed he would have done it near to the eclipse set?) as there is no extra track between Capella & Wareband, there are tracks missing at the end, no crowd noise or MC, the tracks at the start & end of both sides start & end perfectly, and the quality is mint. So glad Al has confirmed that.

Nathan, not on msn but you can grab off me on slsk if nobody has sorted you out.

Do any of you guys know where I can find this on MP3 - I have also had a copy on tape for years but the quality is dire and it cuts off after The Last Rhythm.
