Please help!!! Tune ID '92 possible early 93

Been trying to ID two tracks for years! Hope you can help!

1. i use to have the tape where it has a sample,but now it has gone missing. i tried to recreate it on Reason with just the key elemends i remember which it has Amen breaks and two distinc chords/keys of the track. I have uploaded it here.

I belive also there are some vocal samples on this track.Maybe a female "come and give you some more"

2. i think it's only hardcore track i've heard that samples "allah u akbar" islamic chant. probably samples from brand nubian
