Late 91 - Early 92 Hardcore/Techno ID...

Posted this numerous other sites but have never had any luck. Would be awesome if someone could help me out with this one:

Back when I was 12 in 1992 I recorded this documentary and almost wore the VHS tape out I used to watch it so much. I made it a mission to track down every record used in the documentary (Even if it's just a split-second snippet). There is just one track that continues to elude me, it's the track at 4:18. Massive funky drum loop, most probably possibly Belgian (Dance Opera, Music Man, Mid-Town etc)...
