PLEASE HELP!!! 90ish Deep-Funk Track w/ Female vocals

Greetings fellow Househeads:

Can anyone please help me ID this song here?? its being played by ELLEN FERRATO @ ODYSSEY- San Francisco, if that helps at all.. The track is one of those 90's sounding deep-funks with a disco melody and a female vocal on it. This recording isn't very clear, so I cant make out what the vocals are saying too well, but I think she might be saying "Feels good" in a few parts, im not sure though like I said :/ ...I've heard this tune before but just can't put my finger on it. Please help! Thanks for your time.
