Montreal CKOI Oct1991-track ID?

Recorded off CKOI Montreal Oct1991 pardon sound quality, sounds to American ears like "Hola Cola Coca?" with "Coors is Xtra Light?" LOL- seriously though Spanish/Italian dance techno-house sound similar to Digital Boys Kokko or Chimo Bayo with sample of Yello's "I Love You"-any help to ID would be appreciated. Thank you
