Top Buzz, New Age Pt 1, Eclipse 1991

I've been trying to identify this track for the last 20 years!

The track starts at 5:11, i.e. the one in between Code Red - Dreams Forever and Photon - Doin' Our Thang. I'm thinking it has to be European, but I've had no luck so far.
