You might want to check out Adam & Eve Project, The -- Auah - I Want Extra Ecstasy (or this), but I'm not sure what mix it is or if it's the correct release. As soon as you've uploaded a clip for everyone, maybe someone else can confirm?
Interestingly, I never heard an SH-101 on any of RMBs tracks before, but this sounds just like one.
