1991/1992 house anthem

I have been looking for this track since I first heard it on RMC (Radio Monte Carlo) LW back in 1992.
Absolutely gutted because I taped over it in the late nineties by mistake:o :S
I remember being in The State club in Liverpool (October 1993) and hearing it- nobody else seemed to know it but me.:)

Lyrics sound like:

stay/say it if you can

chorus:

After the chorus there is a section which sounds a bit like PKA's 'Right here, Right now'
