not sure but think 92ish- lots of whip noises

Wondering if anyone could help im after an old happy tune,all i remember of it is it has a bit of a build up then theres a whip noise then it goes all bouncy and happy then some woman sings a vocal probably not this but it sounds summat like "down baby down baby with your love desire ,,,,down baby down baby and then a bit more happiness n piano and then back to the normal build up beat, was a huge tune on loads of mix tapes hopefully someone will be able to clock it from my crap description think the whip runs over and over thru out the tune in places, any help massively appreciated thanx pete.
