dunno if its anty help, but it sounds like a Danny Tenaglia tune to me!, got a lot of the same elements as Bottom Heavy, its not that tho!
I think this is not a Tenaglia's tune. I've this tune played in another set mix and the dj from this one says that he had taken this vinyl from italy (early 1995). Thank you for the help!
