It's just a.. & Do it properly

Hi all.
I'm looking for 2 tracks from back in the day. The 1st is called (i think) ''its just a'', its mostly instrumental apart from the 'its just a' sample at the begining of the track.
The 2nd as far as I know is called 'Do it properly' - i think the lyrics go something like ''the only way to do it, is to do it properly, do it, do it properly' it has a femail on the vocals.

Ant help would be much appreiciated ;)

First one is possibly House Without A Home 'It's Just A'.

There are a few versions of the second one, but the main one is.. 2 Puerto Ricans, A Blackman And A Dominican 'Do It Properly'
