Something From 92 a tricky one ????

this one is actually taken from a 92 hardcore mix but no hardcore heads seem to have a clue what it is , it was previously ID'ed as 'Moody Boys - What is Dub remix' but that was incorrect. ive also been told that it is something that is played at 45 but intended to be at 33 , im knda leaning that way myself now so i thought i'd try and see if any old school 'house heads' can shed any light on this one baring in mind that it could be pitched up to the max.... thanks in advance :)
