1st song on your 1st clip is by Candy Girls - 'Fee Fi Fo Fum' but don't know which mix it is sorry (see link) Candy Girls - Fee Fi Fo Fum

Parts of that second track are very similar to the Rhythm Masters Remix of Todd Terry - Keep On Jumpin'. I wouldn't be surprised if its another Rhythm Masters tune from around that time.
