Old skool vocal tune

Afer an ID if poss. It goes something like "people coming together... forever.. for the man, Just be like children oh be haaappy hand in hand".... then there is a bit i dont know then "...but why's there so much fightin so much pain and so much miiisereee" There is also another bit that goes "everybody rejoicing, everybody sooooooo haaappy"

It's a women vocal but has a man in the background singing something like "make me feel"

The only time i've ever heard it was on an old DJ Shack Carlos II tape i had....
