Hello mate, bit of a long shot and might be completely wrong, but with you saying its commercial vocal tune your interpretation sounds a bit like Ultra Nate - Free from 1997 I think? Hope this helps!

thats not it. its not that old track. as far as i can say it must be new track orr perhaps 1 year old track or sth. its not ultra nate... :(
