When the morning comes

Hi all, new to this cool forum,

From Manchester and I used to listen to 808 state and Sammy B on Sunset FM, and Stu Allen, had loads of mix tapes but over the years they either broke or was borrowed, I am looking for a tune that was played fairly often in the early 90's by Sammy B and it had a sample of an old house tune, the sample in the tune says 'when the morning comes' but I don't know who mixed it
