1 Old Techno Track

I know the quality is bad and it's short, but maybe someone might know it.

When I recorded it, Blake Baxter something about Juan Atkins/Magic Tracks, so it might be one of those? I guess it could even be one of his own tracks. I also remembered something about Chain Reaction/Porter Ricks, so it could even be one of those I guess, but even now, I'm not 100% about my own clues. =(
