please remind me...?

not used the site for a year or so, so I have lost touch a bit... please can someone remind me of how I attach or insert samples of tracks (that I have stored on my PC) on to threads?
I know the sequence is as follows: name but I just want to know how I get the links to the tracks that are stored on my PC already, incorporated into these links?

When you post your thread, click the "manage attachments" button below and you can add your sound clips, as long as they're less than 1 meg :thumbsup:
