please stop my head exploding!!!

hi, i've got an old roy the roach mix tape from about 1995 with two tunes on that i just cannot find the info for. could anyone help please?

the first one has the lyrics something like "first stop was earth shaking, crashed right into a wall of your love, la la la la la la la la la head on head on"

the second one is "love, loves a wonderful feeling, been a long time coming now its an everyday thing yeah its an everyday thing"


please please please help me before i go insane.
