Glam Hells Party...then unknown tune!! (1992/93ish) Please help!!

From an old mix tape from years back - around 92/93 i believe.
I've removed all the chatter from the DJ.

The track being mixed out of is Glam - Hells Party.....then follows a class tune with loads of foreign vocals that I must have!! - Please help with the ID?:confused:
