Me Again With Another Unknown Tune Pre 95

hi there i have another tune that i cant remember bought a tape years ago supposedly mixed by dj life and was from a night at the bobbys night club in ayrshire the track im looking for was quite a hypnotic beat with the words
c'mon
c'mon
c'mon
c'mon
c'mon boy
that was repeated over and over the tune and in the middle it had a slight robotic sounding voice but not sure what he said it was more like a foreign voice
the tune was repetitive hypnotic beat/melody that only had a few notes in it
