It's likes RAMIREZ - HABLANDO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have it on a live tape (30-04-93) from the famous club PARKZICHT in Rotterdam mixed by Dj Robert (alias dj Stanton) but the track can be older !!!

Does anybody can help me ???
