oldskool with vocals from Mariah Carey's 'Someday'

Please help me to identify this track

..and I don't beleive it's got anything to do with Rezonance Q or Rhythm Quest, vocal sounds like in Rezonance Q - someday, however in the piece I'm looking for there is no line 'Closer to all your dreams' (that is also the only vocal in rhythm quest's 'Closer to all your dreams' and all it's remixes, that's why I believe it's got nothing to do with the track I'm after)

Your right it's nothing to do with Rez Q or Rhythm Quest , sounds very old skool bootleggy type material to me ..
