Unknown Italian House either 1990 or 1991

Hi lads,

I would appreciate it if someone could place an ID on these two (Italian-sounding) tunes;

Track 1 https://voca.ro/192r1gARnk41
Track 2 https://voca.ro/1oNwmFx0sThW

The first one is rather an instrumental mix with a minimalistic "Move It" sample? The second one has a "Rock To The Max" sample, if that helps.

Thanks in advance

1 = Frank De Wulf - There Ain't Nobody

Thank you @BUNKERHEADZ

I thought it was Italian production . It certainly sounded like.

Track 2 is Thomas D. - Rap To The Mix (1991)
