rave with your body?

ello peeps!,got another one for y'all!.at the begining of the track thers a bloke shouting "rave with you body"or some thing similer.he's shouting this in a foreign voice[europein?]and he seems to be shouting it to a crowd and they seem to be responding.he also shouts "come on ,let me here you,this is a rave party?.all this goes on for about 30 secs in total then it kiks of with an electronic/rave/tekno riff with kik drum etc.then the break comes with a shit hot sax riff.top tune!!!ime pretty sure one of you pro's will know it.....cheers;) oops forgot to put its from 91-92!!!

this is 'Rave as you party' Cant remember the artist though!!
