Theres a very good chance it was a bootleg. The same sample appeared on "Launch vs Access" vinyl code: TAEE 001 which is obviously DJ Misjah & DJ Tim - Access and DJ Jean - The Launch. I've listened to a couple of remixes of access but I haven't heard it sampled. I don't know if it helps???
