Help me ID these!!! 1992

These were off a tape my mate gave me 10 years ago after he taped them off the radio. There were no DJs giving titles and artists and I really want these tracks!! There are loads more where these came from.

This one is a nice mellow track. Absolutely no idea what it is but I have never heard it anywhere else since getting it. HELP!!

This one is a nice one. I have heard one or two lines from it once or twice over the last ten years in other tracks. It sounds like Alexander Pope but can't find anything by him like it. HELP!
